## FRONT

Before: The house’s exterior was washed out by a faded green, while years of drought left bare patches along the front yard.

After: Fresh landscaping and a slate-grey paint job breathe fresh life into the exterior of this home. With more blue tones, features like the gorgeous red brick of the front patio, as well as the nicely trimmed shrubbery at the front window are highlighted instead of hidden.

## KITCHEN

Before: Old linoleum, antiquated cabinetry, and overhead lighting set an outdated tone for this kitchen, while the folding doors leading to the dining room and the upper cabinets cut the space off, making it feel inaccessible and cramped.

After: The removal of the overhead lighting, the folding doors, and the two upper cabinets opens up the kitchen, and grants easier accessibility to the breakfast seating area and the dining room. The painted cabinetry and new flooring also add fresh style to the space.

## FAMILY ROOM

Before: Despite the oversized front window, the wood-paneled walls made the family room dark, while the folding doors hiding the bar area made the room feel smaller instead of more versatile.

After: The lighter walls serve to brighten the room, while the crown molding frames the space in clean, crisp lines, adding another sightline, and making the room in general feel more spacious. With the wet bar uncovered, it not only becomes more accessible, but it adds a great feature to a space now perfect for entertaining.
