# 275 San Antonio

275 San Antonio

## LIVING ROOM

Before: With gorgeous hardwood flooring and a ton of space, this sun-lit living room offered an abundance of potential for both relaxation and entertaining.

After: Now stained a gorgeous coffee color, the dark wood floor contrasts beautifully with the white of the newly painted baseboards, giving the room a modern look. After taking the curtains down, the sunlight is now able to fully flood the room, making it feel far more spacious and inviting.

## KITCHEN

Before: Outdated and tired, the kitchen sported worn-out colors, old linoleum floors, dingy tile countertops, and yesteryear appliances. The refrigerator jutted out, making the space feel smaller and leaving less room for function.

After: New flooring, lighting, and appliances, as well as quartz countertops and soft-close cabinetry have tastefully transformed this kitchen into a culinary paradise fit for any chef. With the refrigerator shifted to a more conducive location, the breakfast nook can now enjoy a more spacious setting, while extra cabinets grant further storage.

## BEDROOMS

Before: Drab carpeting and heavy curtains made the bedrooms feel dark and confined.

After: The removal of the carpet and the window coverings breathed fresh life into both of the secondary bedrooms. Now, the eye is drawn to the beds and seating areas- the most spacious parts of the rooms. The design of the dark wood floors contrasting with the white baseboards has continued on into the bedrooms from the living room, providing chic style throughout.

## MASTER SUITE

Before: Despite the extensive window and the door to the backyard, the wood panels on the walls made the master suite feel dim and confined. A door leading to the kitchen didn’t allow for much privacy, and felt more intrusive than convenient and versatile.

After: Feather-grey walls now make the white baseboards stand out, and the gorgeous hardwood floors are a far cry from the aging carpet that had previously adorned the floor. The passage to the kitchen is now gone, granting more privacy to the space. With the wood panels gone from the walls, sunlight now saturates the room, inspiring relaxation.

## HALL BATH

Before: Dingy and dull, this bathroom was in much need of lightening up. The green of the floor, combined with the white and green tile countertop washed out the room, while the mirror above the sink made the space feel smaller.

After: Chic meets comfort in this tastefully remodeled hall bath. A quartz countertop, new wall colors, and new flooring showcase modernity, while updated lighting stylishly illuminates the space. A new mirror now adorns the space above the sink, drawing the eye inward and making the bathroom seem bigger.
